Report an unqualified lead

If a lead we sent you had a fake address, wrong contact details, or was outside your service area, tell us here within two weeks of receiving it. Approved reports are deducted from your next charge.

The address you signed up with. We use it to find your account.
As it appeared in the text or email we sent you.
Either one is enough. Both helps.
Fake address, disconnected number, outside your area, already a customer…
